You can get ranked on the hiscores, on this game, with the minimum being a rating of 500.
Been playing Fist of Guthix mainly in RuneScape, and even managed to get ranked in it.In this mini-game the main objective is as the hunted, grab a stone of power and charge it via the fist of Guthix, which is located at the center of the arena whilst having one hunter on your tail; do anything you can do to survive, the closer you are the more charge it'll receive. As a hunter, your job is to kill the hunted using any style as you please, when you kill them the round ends. Each round lasts about 10 minutes.
I'll give brief analysis and some tactics I've used.
To survive, you'll need to bring a variety or armour types to be ready for assault from any of the 3 combat styles,4 in Pay to play.
The game certainly has many flaws that need working on, here are some of the easily noticeable-
-Currently crowds are a big problem, when people are standing on-top of each other, it's hard to find your targets name so you can attack them, though this problem may sort itself out when the games more quiet. Some people may consider this a fair tactic, it's certainly useful for the hunted, but I consider it an annoyance, maybe the targets name should appear at the top of the list of user names.
-People hiding is also a problem, though it's a tactic; you could find yourself searching for minutes and not finding your opponent, perhaps a teleport-to-target spell would be a good idea? Like the Bounty Hunter locate spell.
-At the moment, a level 3 could be paired with a level 126/138, hardly a fair match-up
There are some other flaws, but they do not stick out as much.

In this mini game, combat isn't everything, tactics are the key, here are some I've used-
For the hunted:
-Not really a tactic, but I would advise against standing around the edge, you'll be gaining poor charges and if your hunter shows up you'll have a long run to the portal chambers, unless you have a teleport orb at the ready. Try to stay in the areas where you gain 10+ charges at a time if you're planning to camp for periods of time.
-Use that one orb wisely, one tactic I've used is running around the edge of the arena with your hunter on your tail (not advised with rangers and wizards), when they're out of energy teleport to the center, they'll take a while to reach you and you'll get plenty of charges and restore your energy.
-Use walls/bricks etc. to your advantage, trap you enemy, so you can make an escape and do not let portal chambers go to waste, there your best escape from hunters, just don't stay in them too long; you gain no charge and loose Hitpoints if you do.
-Be on your guard, watch that mini-map like a hawk! And when your hunter does come near, try to spot what attack he's using, change your armour to get a defence against it, and use protection prayers.
-Add the hunter, if their pm is on it'll make it more easier to spot 'em, just make sure yours is off.
-Conserve your healing items, use them only when you truely need to.
For the hunter:
-Check on the fist of Guthix as much as possible, do not let your target build up on charges!
-your mini-map is your friend, you've got no chance without it, if you see the arrow run straight at it.I have no experience in P2P, but it may be best to poison your target on sight, all damage adds up in this game.
-Low on energy? Recharge it at the center. This is good for when your targets hiding around the edges.
-Change your style of combat depending on your targets armoury.
-I normally wear magic robes with any type of weapon, use the runes you have to bind your enemy to prevent them escaping, whilst assaulting them with whatever combat style you're using, you could even lower their defence.
-When the hunted goes into a portal chamber run into the center where you have a view on all 4 of 'em in your mini map, although in some busier worlds people don't appear if they're too far away on the mini map.
-Add your target, same tactic as the hunted.
---
This game isn't worth the effort for exp, the money is alright at the moment it's hard to make any losses, except maybe with Barrows armour, but it's not one of the best ways.
I feel that with some work, this could be a very popular mini game.
